Charbel Tarraf '84 & Hoda Nehme '81

Hoda and Charbel met in 1983 at AUB where they we were both doing their masters. In fact, Hoda was assigned to help Charbel with one of the experiments that he was running in her department. Since then something clicked between them. They got married in 1987 and have three daughters, Zeina, Rima (twins), and Samar. All are AUB graduates and currently pursuing their graduate studies abroad. Charbel is currently the associate dean of student affairs at AUB and Hoda is a science teacher at IC. They owe a lot to AUB as it has played a central role in their family’s lives.
