The whole campus is scenic and pretty and you don't appreciate it until you see some other ones.  As we walked now 50 years later as alumni, I told my wife these are the benches where I used to sit and study, these benches know what I have done and gone through here. It's a real relief when you sit at the benches and see the scenery, the water far away opens your mind and relaxes you. I have seen many campuses; my children study in three universities in the US. There is no place where you can have this kind of atmosphere and scenic area and easy life.

Not one single area. I love the dormitories becauses that is where I started and made friendships. It was my first direct contact with AUB. The Milkbar is I'm sure the favorite place for many people. I love the beach. And I'm in particular love with the old trees that are all over the place. I appreciated them even back then but with every day that passes by I get more and more attached. That is why I keep my frequent visits to AUB and I bring my wife, children and soon, my grandchildren.
