Makhlouf J. Haddadin
Professor of Chemistry
(BS 1957, MS 1959) Makhlouf Haddadin is a distinguished professor and renowned chemist who helped discover the Beirut Reaction with Costas Issidorides and the Beirut-Davis Reaction, both of which opened doors for new pharmaceuticals and dozens of lucrative patents for AUB. He is also an avid writer and admirer of Arabic poetry.
